A Simple Blog Post

【材料】 (2-3人份量)止咳魚肉–100克、川貝–20克、南北杏–25克、陳皮–1小塊、無花果–50克、瘦肉–適量

【做法】

  1. 止咳魚肉乾剪成小塊、川貝清水洗淨。
  2. 南北杏清水浸1小時、陳皮浸透去囊洗淨待用。
  3. 無花果切開兩邊洗淨,瘦肉切成小塊洗淨出水備用。
  4. 將以上材料連同瘦肉煲滾放入燉盅內,隔水燉2小時,最後落鹽調味即可。
